Information Management and Patient Privacy

摘要

The JGAHO has always included information management standards. The goal behind these standards is to support decision making to improve patient outcomes, improve documentation, assure patient safety, and improve patient care. While the standards cancover paper-based systems, electronic systems, or a blend of the two, many are moving toward electronic systems for efficiency and continuity of care; and they are structuring the electronic system to provide interactive text vs. free text for consistency.
