Rheological properties of fly ash filled Isopyrene rubber

摘要

In the present work,effect of treatment of titanate coupling on fly ash has been studied with isoprene rubber as a matrix.Mineral filler used in reinforced plastics and rubbers offers the following advantages:it produces a smooth surface finish; reduces cracking and shrinkage during curing; aids in obscuring the fibre pattern of the glass reinforcement; contributes to high dielectric strength; aids resistance to chemical action and weathering; and controls flow properties.
