Health information and libraries journal and the HLG newsletter: past, present and future.

CILIP, the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals, is the UK's professional body for library and information professionals and includes the Health Libraries Group (HLG) as one of its subgroups. HLG has two regular publications: the Health Information and Libraries Journal (HILJ) and the HLG Newsletter. In a collaborative approach, they provide their joint readership with a comprehensive coverage of the health and social care information sectors.
