摘要

Information security, which covers a wide scope in application and research, has become a mainstream issue to protect the sensitive data. Meanwhile, firmware technology is experiencing a revolution, as the newly emerged EFI is replacing legacy BIOS. This paper gives an introduction to the challenges involved in securing EFI/Tiano framework, and discusses a set of principles as well as a method to design an efficient scalable cryptographic library for cryptographic protocols.
