For a Scottish whisky distillery at Port Dundas, Glasgow, grain whisky distilling is a high-tech industrial process. As energy is a significant outgoing, the company takes the UK Climate Change Levy very seriously and realises every opportunity to cut costs. As part of this process, the distillery investigated the payback potential of variable speed control pumps from Danfoss.
