Pipe conveyors have been in operation in Europe since the early 1980s. Today, they have become a widely used and acceptec conveying system and, thus, state of the art. But not all potentia fields of application have been explored because the possibilities and advantages of this handling system are still largely unknowr by some potential operators, industrial branches, and countries, While the system has some constraints, these are being reduced through continuous developments.
