Reducing VOCs from surfactants in coatings

Alternatives to alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEOs) can be difficult to match in terms of surfactant properties. More recently the use of narrow range ethoxylation (NRE) catalysts has resulted in production of much improved ethoxylated linear alcohols and thus viable alternatives to APEOs in terms of properties.
