USA: Enforcement of lead limits in products for children

The US Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued an interim enforcement policy with "regard to the testing and certification of consumer products to the lead paint and lead content limits that took effect on 14th August 2009. These limits are 90 ppm lead in paint, and 300 ppm lead limit for children's products.
