Clean Seas Tuna announces new share issues, and successful larval rearing traals

Clean Seas Tuna Ltd, on the back of previous announcements of a breakthrough in closing the breeding cycle for the high value southern bluefin tuna (SET -- Thunnus maccoyit), has announced a proposal to make a non-renounceable rights issue to shareholders of approximately 19.8 million fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of 55 dollar. The new shares will be offered on the basis of one new share for every eight existing shares. The company also announced that it will be seeking to place a further 23.775 million fully paid ordinary shares with institutional investors at the same price.
