Chevron Nigeria is considering construction of a small refinery in Nigeria,a company spokesman confirmed recently.The company "has had discussions with officials in Nigeria about a small refinery," but there is no contractual agreement as of yet,Chevron spokesman in London Andy Norman told us,adding that the company is "not making any further comment."
