Saudi Aramco is exploring the possibility of establishing "a joint partnership in India's refining and marketingsector," through discussions with Oil & Natural Gas Corp.,Indian Oil Corp.,I Bharat Petroleum Corp.Ltd.and Reliance,according to Abdallah Jum'ah,Saudi Aramcos president and chief executive officer.
