Philippines Moves Towards Clean Fuels

Clean fuels are being introduced in The Philippines.Under the mandates in The Philippine Clean Air Act,refiners are required to introduce 500 ppm sulfur diesel nationwide starting January 1,2004,while at the same time producing gasoline contianing a maximum of 35% by volume of aromatics and 2% by volume of benzene.
