Spot product prices climbed across the board in the week to Dec. 23 as trade was thin, particularly during the second half of the period, exaggerating price hikes. The middle distillates markets received little direction from ARA inventory levels, which were mostly steady on the week, due in part to little activity as the end of the year approaches.
