The Croatian government on Dec. 19 lifted a suspension on the trading of shares of its state oil and gas firm, INA, a move that could lead to Hungarian MOL resuming its plan to acquire a majority stake in the firm. MOL, which already owns 47.47% of INA, was blocked from increasing its interest earlier this year after Croatian financial regulator CFSSA suspended INA share trading while an investigation was conducted over alleged suspicious trading activity.
