According to the US Energy Information Administration (EIA), the national average retail price for regular gasoline was $3.462/gal on Oct. 24, a 1.4￠/gal decrease from the Oct. 17 price. Ohio's $3.231/gal was the lowest price for gasoline, while Los Angeles California's $3.896/gal was the highest. RFG's national average settled at $3.560/gal—a decrease of 1.1￠/gal on the week. Houston, Texas' $3.238/gal was the lowest price for RFG, while the highest was Los Angeles, CA's $3.896/gal.
