International Enterprise's weekly inventory report for Singapore showed that total onshore inventories rose 2.433MM bbl to 43.794MM bbl in the week to Feb. 23, as can be seen in the following chart. Fuel oil stocks surged to an eight-week high of 20.183MM bbl; conversely, light distillate inventories slipped on rising demand.
