Gasoline demand grew substantially in Thailand during the first five months of 2015, rising by 13.61% to 161,674 b/d. The increase was said to be driven by low prices, but sources noted that total refined product demand growth was much more subdued at just 1.03%. Meanwhile, refined products output in the country shot up by 9.54% in the same five months to 1.07MM b/d, pushing product exports up by 27.7%.
