Tamoil closes two European refineries, takes Shell to Dutch court.

Libyan-owned European refiner Tamoil's 105K-b/d Holborn, Germany refinery remains in operation, although its 94K-b/d Cremona, Italy and 72K-b/d Collombey, Switzerland plants have closed, as a result of sanctions on Libya. A spokesperson at the Holborn facility stated, "The plant is available for production. The utilization is decided by our marketing unit, depending on customer demand and market situation."
