Korea,Gazprom Talks Focus In On LNG

South Korean state Korea Gas(Kolas)has accelerated talks with Gazprom on obtaining additional Russian gas supply since Moscow earlier this month finally approved its long-term plan to develop and sell the country's East Siberia and Far Eastern gas reserves(WGI Sep.l2,p1).While pipeline sales are still nominally on the table,the emphasis has shifted to additional LNG volumes from the Sakhalin-2 project,WGI is told.
