摘要

Despite a global supply glut, terms in long-term Asian LNG contracts have not weakened enough for market players to start flagging the onset of a buyer's market. Most Asian buyers are now focusing offtake talks on lowering the oil-link slope and on non-price terms like destination and volume flexibility, but have met with varying degrees of success. Most sellers remain resistant to giving up too many price or flexibility concessions, expecting the current supply surplus to reverse within the next couple of years, market players say.
