New Algeria Bid Round

Algeria has decided to test the investment waters, launching a licensing round for 10 exploration areas, with bids due Mar. 3, 2011. The success of the round is in doubt, but planned near-term shrinkage in export capacity could mitigate any further resulting decline in gas availability.
