PetroChina will invest 10 billion yuan(US1.2 billion)in an LNG terminal to be built in Tangshan in Hebei province in northern China,a representative said Tuesday.Analysts say the project would fill growing demand for gas in cities like Beijing,Hebei and Tianjin.Last week PetroChina started up a 900 kilometer natural gas pipeline to Beijing.It is supplied from the field located in Shanxi,Gansu and Ningxia in the northwest of the country.
