Further delays at liquefaction projects are pushing die long-expected tidal wave of new LNG exports back toward summer,or even autumn.Qatargas-2 is still in commissioning,although it's expected to start producing LNG any day now and to deliver its first cargo to Qatar Petroleum and Exxon Mobil's new Soudi Hook terminal in Wales by late February or early March.WGI understands that the Qatari cargo already on its way to South Hook on the Q-Flex Tembek is from older trains.Consultant Andy Flower says the Tembek loaded in November and has been waiting at Fujairah for the UK terminal to open(p6).
