Saudi Arabia says crashing oil prices won't affect its grand - alternative energy program, which is being watched closely to see if the world's biggest oil producer might emerge as a major solar market, taking advantage of its natural sunlight, or remain wedded to hydrocarbons as a power generation fuel. Despite being unveiled more than two years ago, the program has yet to take off- and sources say that little, if anything, is expected to happen over the next six to 12 months, either.
