Silvio Berlusconi has put nuclear energy back on the political agenda in Italy-although reactors still face huge obstacles to movement beyond the political stage and into construction.Within weeks of the boomerang prime minister's return for a third term as head of a nuclear-friendly center-right coalition government,Berlusconi's economic development minister,Claudio Scajola,was calling for a nuclear renaissance in Italy by 2013.
