Southeast Asia's fledgling LNG market is poised for takeoff as more countries join the import club and existing buyers ramp up receiving capacity to meet demand. Import capacity is forecast to rocket by at least 400% over the next decade or so, creating more outlets for LNG producers looking to sell into Asia — provided, of course, that regional importers are willing to compete with their more LNG-savvy counterparts in Northeast Asia.
