VWA to offer hybrid, diesel options in four models

Volkswagen AG has four new core, U.S.-focused products set for debut over the next couple of years, and all will feature diesel and hybrid/electric powertrain options. The four vehicles include a revamped Jetta due in 2010; the all-new midsize sedan that will be built beginning 2011 at a plant under construction in Chattanooga, TN; plus two other Polo-sized models, Volkswagen of America President and CEO Stefan Jacoby says.
