EACH February, the California Grape & Tree Fruit League's Board of Directors ranks the top issues in order of priority for the current legislative year. Here's this year's list, along with brief explanations from the league's president, Barry Bedwell, who also serves on Western Fruit Grower's Editorial Advisory Board.
