While the Midwest was showing discounts Thursday, Mont Belvieu postings had gained ground and Dixie Pipeline and TEPPCO prices reflected both increases and decreases. Principal postings either rose the odd 0.12 cents to a nickel or lost a quarter cent to 1.25 cents, with most moves up or down in the 0.25- to 1.5-cent range.
