Generator manufacturer Clear Energy Systems (Tempe, Ariz.) is constructing a warehouse in its hometown that is expected to be the source of 225 new jobs when the new facility opens next year. Clear Energy manufactures the Genesis 1000, a 1-megawatt generator that can be fueled by propane, butane, natural gas, bio-methane, landfill gas, and ethanol. Clear Energy Systems' $ 10-million, 158,000-square-foot warehouse is located in the Elliot Business Park.
