Success in transforming a rundown former industrial area of East Perth with significant heavy metal, pesticide and petroleum hydrocarbon contamination into a clean site ready for high quality redevelopment has won a second Case Earth Award for leading Western Australian contractor Marsh Civil.As a result of the environmental and geotechnical rehabilitation, the Precinct 17 site next to the historic Old Perth Powerhouse is ready to take its place as a new commercial gateway to the city of Perth.
