Precision Payoff Systems, represented in Europe and Latin America by Cemanco LC, reports that it now offers three sizes of flyers that can result in higher operating speeds and much quicker changeovers. The flyers, made from hardened steel alloys, come in the 3000 series (120 mm pulley/show, intended for wire constructions as large as 3/8 to 1/2 in.); the 2000 series, (50 mm p/s, intended for wire from 1/4 to 3/8 in.); and the 1000 series (30 mm p/s, intended for wire from 1/16 to Vi in.).
