AIW celebrates topping the one billionth pound mark for wire produced

American Insulated Wire Corporation celebrated the milestone of producing its one billionth pound of wire at its facility in Coffeyville, Kansas, with an Open House in May. "This is a veriy exciting time for us here at AIW," said Plant Manager David Wright. "Putting out our one billionth pound of wire was something everybody throughout the company takes great pride in." The company, which has operated the facility since 1996, has 325 employees.
