In terms of improving the website, we've always tried to be practical in terms of what we do. Two years ago, we made it possible for exhibitors to place their booth information, including product categories, on-line. No more faxes to send or e-mails that required a lot of time on this end to sort the information into different subfiles. It also made it possible for the preshow issue to be done with fewer errors. One area I've spent a lot of time with recently is the 3D presentation of the show floor for Interwire 2007 in Cleveland. 3D modeling is a hobby of mine that found a niche for WAI that I don't believe anyone else has done in our industry. Just like in the movies, we created a storyline and narrative to create a video where an exhibitor will actually see a virtual walk through the show floor and see it from the prospective of different places on and above the floor, 3D people included. By the way, if you're wondering about the Ferris Wheel you see in the diagram, you'll find that it is not a creation of my mind. It's there for real in the I-X Center and modeled completely to scale.
