The Ultrasonic Wire Cleaner (UWC) from Misonix is an innovative new product for cleaning lubricant, oil and particulate from a wide range of wire types and sizes, a company release said. The UWC includes the Sonicator~R 3000 ultrasonic generator, wire cleaner horn, centrifugal pump, hoses and fittings, it said, noting that wire size 0.005 has been effectively cleaned at 100-150 ft min and wire size 0.176 hex flat to flat has been cleaned at 2 ft min.
