Teknor Apex has developed Vidux~R, a line of four standard compounds for applications requiring electromagnetic shielding or static discharge, including cable jacketing. The new carbon black-filled compounds are designed for applications where electromagnetic interference (EMI) can disrupt signals and static electricity can cause short circuits or fire hazards, the company said.
