In my last column, I discussed "Sam" a young woodworker you've just hired. Sam is part of the youngest generation of workers, known as the "Nexus" (Echo Boomers) or more commonly "Generation Y". They have a different set of core values than workers from earlier generations. Savvy and independent, they are readily adaptive to change and are comfortable with technology.
