摘要

Table 5 summarizes the lubrication modes recognized during wiredrawing for all four lubricants when used with both PCD and WCD dies. The results of this work indicate that at low drawing speed the roles of the drawing die material and the lubricant are not isolated from each other. Consideration of these factors is essential in establishing the desired surface finish of the 80 percent Ni-20 percent Cr alloy drawn wire.
