The article Constitutes a continuation of elaborationtitled ,,investigations and analyses of professional careers of the miningemployees leaving the employment with utilisation of unconditional singlelump sum payment".(PARG WK SA, Katowice, November 1998, p.99). Theauthors summarise with some dozen or 50 basic conclusion the quantitativeinvestigations, carried out for the second time, (interview questionnaire: 500persons) and qualitative (free interview: 50 persons) regarding minersdismissed form the mines between September and December 1998.
