Manufacture of thermoelements for automatic switches by resistance spot and projection welding

摘要

At present, the elements of low-voltage equipment are produced from dissimilar non-ferrous metals and less frequently from ferrous metals and alloys. The main requirement in the joining of the materials is the stable low electrical resistance of the resultant contact. In addition, the following requirements are imposed on the elements of low-voltage equipment: high strength of the joint evaluated on the basis of the shear force; low deformation of compo-nents and sections after joining; high efficiency of the element as a whole with possible changes of the physical-mechanical properties of materials as a result of joining.
