摘要

The most common effect of exposure of the skin to UV is erythema. The most active in this respect are bands UVB (280-315 run) and UVC (200 - 280 run)1. The threshold dose of UV that causes erythema ranges from 40 to 600 J/m2 depending on skin type, the accepted criterion, and sensitivity of the test method2. Prolonged exposure to high intensity, UV may lead to the formation of premalignant and malignant lesions, especially when the skin is poorly pigmented. The UV spectrum of carcinogenic effectiveness is similar to the spectrum of erythematic effectiveness.
