BMW Concept CS

BMW s Gran Tunsmo study offers a vision of BMW's future. And what a vision it is too! Although it's still a concept at present, albeit one with a working petrol-engined model, the Concept CS, which recently made it's world debut at the Auto Shanghai motor show, offers a tantalising glimpse of the direction in which BMW designers may be taking the marque. It's a four-seat, premium coupe, created at BMW Design Development in Munich, and carries several blueprints for interior and exterior design that will make their way onto future BMWs. As you can see from the photos, lines on the car are smooth but well-defined, with sharp detailing in the side vents. The kidney-shaped grille has been reworked, and the body actually gets wider as you travel back from front to rear. This emphasises the sporting ambition and wide track of the car.
