摘要

Spermatozoa acrosome reaction (AR) can be induced by many factors. The relationship between hormone and AR has drawn more attention recently. In 1989, Osman found the key factor that induced spermatozoa capacitation and AR in follicular fluid was progesterone. Subsequently AR induced by progesterone was corroborated. Spermatozoa antigens are very important in the study of exploring the molecular mechanism of fertilization. We have found a spermatozoa antigen MS6B10 which may play an important role inregulating spermatozoa AR. The corresponding antibody 6B10 can inhibit IVF and AR induced by many factors. We have done experiments on antisperm antibody inhibiting the AR induced by progesterone in order to explore the function of spermatozoa antigen in fertilization and mechanism of AR induced by progesterone.
