Until now it has always been beyond me how a nation that eats slimy creatures in shells, leggy pond residents, foul smelling cheeses and cardboard chips could lecture anyone about fine cuisine. Iam finally writing something complimentary about the French, well, their food stores at least. And, believe it or not, it is all in the cause of a stronger retail image for British pork.
