As the 113th Congress begins to take shape, new leaders are emerging for various Congressional committees. One of those entities is the powerful Senate Environment and Public Works Committee (EPW). Due to term limits, Oklahoma Republican Senator James Inhofe is stepping down as ranking member and will be replaced with Louisiana Republican Senator David Vitter who most recently served as ranking member on the EPW's Subcommittee on Clean Air and Nuclear Safety.
