The use of GSG's cleaning and coating technologies for wire rods changes today's production technologies fundamentally. This development is traceable in the production parameters listed in the table above. These examples only show a small excerpt of GSG's renowned and proved production technology. Being confronted with globally rising production costs in the wire industry, the production technology shown above provides savings up to 80 percent. The costs are reduced by the lack of chemical pickling plants and by optimisation of internal processes (e.g.the lack of intermediate storage facilities).
