Aspects of planning recycling areas considering industrial safety and health

Recycling is a future market The new law "Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz (KrW-/AbfG)"; valid since 10/7/1996, forms o basis far the new market. Unavoidable waste ls to be used regarding technical, economical and sales aspects.The planning of future recycling systems and areas is, compared to traditional production processes, for less methodically structured. The article will help to reduce methodical deficiencies in planning recycling systems. It should motivate planners andowners to pay more attention to recycling processes and their systematical planning. Industrial safety and health has to be considered directly during the planning. The authors feel that recycling processes ought to be as carefully regarded as productionprocesses.
