Process near single sparc discharges for raise of transparency of the appearing event at EDM

The variation of the experimental setup at single sparc discharges was carried out with the aim to simulate the predominant conditions in the continuous process. The craters arisen with the process near single sparc discharges point out clearly to discharge processes which cannot be watched at single sparc discharges without influence of discharge particles. It can be supposed that these events are important in the continuous process, too.
