WE'VE BEEN attending the annual Busfest (nee Vanfest) event, organised by Simon Holloway and his team at the Malvern Showground, every year since it first started way back in 1993. In those days the VW scene seemed to be all about the Beetle, with events like Bug-In and Bug Jam, and the Golf GTI, with events like GTI International, and there were more than a few who thought it unlikely that there was much of a market for an event purely for VW vans.
