IT HAS BEEN a little over two years since the introductory piece for our Project Jetta and during that time it has served exceptionally well as both daily driver and occasional family hauler on longer road trips and holidays in the UK, with the odd excursion across the channel thrown in. Aside from a pair of new front tyres and an air-con unit which (still) needs an overhaul, it has needed for nothing and has provided reliable transport for the time I have had it so far.
